We will take appropriate action against the customer. His account will be immediately blocked and whatever balance money he has in his account will be forfeited.

Email Credits are number of email id’s to whom you can send the emails.

We suggest you utilize free email credits to test the system before buying additional Email Credits.

You may have list of receipients which you may have sorted in different categories. You may need to send for different set of recipients from respective "Email From Addresses".

You may have multiple sales persons who maintain their independent customer list to whom they need to send emails.

Validity date is calculated from the date you buy Email Credits.

Validity in days = Email Credits / Validity Factor.

Maximum validity cannot be more than 365 days

For example,
If you buy 6000 Email Credits and validity factor is 30, then validity in days 6000/30 = 200 days
If you buy 12000 Email Credits and validity factor is 30, then validity in days 12000/30 = 400 days.

However since maximum validity is 365 days, the validity for this order will be 365 days.

By referring customers to Bulkomail, you receive Bonus Email Credits in your account. You also get 30 days of validity from the day the referred customer’s account is approved. Thus, if the current validity date is less than 30 days, the validity date will increase.

For example: if your Validity date is March 20 and a new account of your referred customer is approved on March 10, then your new validity will be April 08. However if your current validity is more than 30 days it will not change.

It may be because you already have Balance E-Mail Credits in your account. You will be able to buy E-Mail Credits when the E-Mail Credits count is less than equal to the Free E-Mail Credits that you got when your account got approved.

No. There will not be any refund given for unutilized E-Mail Credits. At the end of the validity period, whatever balance E-Mail Credits would get cancelled/redeemed. Hence we suggest you to unutilize all the E-Mail Credits before the expiry of the validity date.
